"I met Tomek as a trainer at a Six Sigma Black Belt training event.

Determined, consistent, determined and 100% dedicated to what he does. He has a great feel for the team.

He has a great understanding of business and its aspects such as: economic, quality, human aspects, among others.

I strongly recommend as a 'panacea' for difficult or 'unsolvable' problems in the company."

"I had the pleasure to participate in Six Sigma Black Belt training conducted by Tomek.

I can confirm - the amount of knowledge and the manner of its transfer at the highest level.

Even such "magic" as statistics presented in a clear and understandable way for everyone.

I sincerely recommend Tomek as a trainer and project leader. 👍"

What are the requirements?

Who is Black Belt training for?

This course is designed for people with different functions in the organization - operational, quality, logistics, financial, production, engineering.

What is the Black Belt training model?

  • Black Belt is a person who applies diverse process improvement techniques to achieve business goals
  • Leads improvement projects and provides competency development within the organization through training and consulting
  • Identifies problems and root causes, analyzes data and generates solutions to reduce costs and improve quality
  • Is a change agent tasked with creating an environment where critical thinking and data drive decision making

What are the benefits?

What are the characteristics of Six Sigma Black Belt training?

The purpose of Six Sigma Black Belt training is to provide practical knowledge to solve real-world problems.

Due to the breadth of both methodologies, it is not possible to create one comprehensive training in a reasonable duration for both Lean and Six Sigma.

Why not a "Lean Six Sigma" Black Belt?

Note:

The Six Sigma Black Belt training program follows ISO 13053-1:2011(en) Quantitative methods in process improvement - Six Sigma and goes beyond the scope of the standard.

Six Sigma Black Belt Training

  • Asking the right questions and improving critical thinking
  • Solving complex problems using data
  • Interpreting data appropriately so that the results are useful and meaningful
  • Working on an improvement project from the first day of training
  • Combining process knowledge with statistical thinking
  • Ability to conduct planned experiments (DOE) to understand cause and effect relationships
  • Presenting data effectively and creating easy-to-understand visualizations so that recipients understand the results
  • Develop communication and change management skills
  • Develop competencies and increase attractiveness to the job market

Black Belt training is no longer a statistics course!

It is a comprehensive approach to solving problems in organizations using practical, proven and modern tools.

I will not teach you difficult statistical formulas, but instead I will teach you how to think critically, collect good quality data, use analytical tools (Minitab and Excel) and solve any problem.
